Friday Lunch At Home

 Fava Bean Salad

Start by removing from outer shell.

Place in boiling water for three or four minutes.
Then take the beans out of their shells.




Drizzle with good olive oil, salt and pepper and then top with parmesan.



 Lemon Pasta

Start with good olive oil. 1/2 C.


Add 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice and a hand full of fresh basil.


Add salt and pepper to taste.


Toss over pasta. Top with cheese and extra basil and lemon zest.


Fresh honey dew melon.
