Plum Galette





I mixed six large sliced plums with, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch, 1 teaspoon vanilla.


Wrap the fruit with one sheet of Pillsbury pie dough or home made if you have the time.
Brush dough with an egg wash.
Bake at 400 for 25 min.

My son Tristan was home visiting last week and he made some wonderful dishes for us while he was here. This was the dinner that he made us. I think it drove him a little crazy that I kept standing over him taking pictures but he was a good sport!
